7. SMS Terms of Service

Program Name: UEH Alerts and Updates

Program Description: UEH offers SMS notifications including appointment confirmations, service updates, promotional offers, and customer support messages.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel SMS services at any time by texting "STOP" to +1 213-785-7853. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions: To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UEH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use our services, unauthorized access to or use of our servers, interruptions, bugs, viruses, or errors in any content provided.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UEH, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights or laws.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
